Hands-on operators for conveyorized coating lines. You will run pre-treatment, coating application and baking processes; ensure film build and quality consistency; and operate within ISO 9001-2008 documented procedures.
CNC-trained fabricators, press brake operators and MIG/TIG welders for tubular pipe frame and sheet metal assemblies. Drawing interpretation, precision tolerances and finish quality are essential.
Support our in-house laboratory. Conduct pencil hardness, impact, humidity chamber and salt spray tests; maintain ISO documentation; and track corrective actions through to closure.
Own process improvement across coating and fabrication lines. Balance cycle time, first-pass yield and finish quality. Work directly with OEM clients on new-part introductions and trials.
Support order intake, planning and dispatch. Build strong relationships with OEM purchasing teams. Track dispatch schedules and enable timely delivery commitments.
